Regents Hall of Natural and Mathematical Sciences at St. Olaf College

Sponsored jointly by the Budapest Semesters in Mathematics (BSM) program, St. Olaf College and Carleton College


9:15-10:00: Registration and continental breakfast (4th floor atrium, Regents Hall)

10:00 – 11:00: Morning Keynote Address by Dr. Erika Franklin Fowler (Regents Hall 150)

11:10-12:30: Student talks: 15 minutes each, 5 minutes in between. Held in Regents Hall 124, 316 and 356A. Student names and title of talks are listed in the Conference Folder handed out at registration.

12:30-1:15: Lunch (4th floor atrium, Regents Hall)

1:30-2:30: Career Panel, Elizabeth J. Atkinson, Paul Boisen, Erika Franklin Fowler, Jim Larson and Meghan Steach (Regents Hall 150)

2:30-3:30: Afternoon Keynote Address by Jim Larson (Regents Hall 150)

3:30: Afternoon refreshments (Outside Regents 150)

5:00-7:00: BSM Reunion dinner, “History of BSM” presented by Professor Paul Humke                                                                                                                                             (Buntrock Commons, Valhalla Room, 3rd Floor)

 

Entertainment at St. Olaf College
Guest Concert: Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra.  The concert is free and open to the public.
